Brett Goodman serves as the Chief Operating Officer for OTC listed Elray Gaming (OTC: ELRA) and the VP of Business Development for Nasdaq listed Golden Matrix Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: GMGI).

Brett holds two degrees, Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales.

Brett has a well-established senior executive network and reputation through his tenure at leading SaaS organisations, including Lacework and Nasdaq listed Okta. In this time, Brett was responsible for sales, management and helped facilitate global expansion into the Asia-Pacific region.

Brett also tenured at Cambridge Securities, a New York based investment bank specialising in structured finance and finance origination.

Chief Executive Officer

Brian has more than 20 years of diverse senior management experience and business development roles within the technology and internet gaming industries.

Brian has across-the-board extensive online gaming experience, having worked with most leading gaming software platforms.

Brian’s skills are comprehensive, having a tertiary science qualification as well as a marketing and sales background. He has an in depth knowledge and understanding of the statistical workings and configurations of the online games and loyalty systems to ensure positive returns.

Brian has established an international reputation for his expertise in this industry and has a wide network of senior executive contacts in the gaming industry as well as a keen insight into the development of the IT industry as a whole.

Brian has experience in senior corporate planning. His roles have been entrepreneurial and include CEO and senior management positions in smaller organizations, which he founded or in which he held equity, as well as multinational organizations.

Chief Financial Officer

Cathy is the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of Elray Gaming (OTC: ELRA). Cathy holds a Masters of Commerce Degree, with over 10 years experience in both the technology and iGaming industries.

Cathy presents a well rounded skillset, focusing on the interpretation, analysis and presentation of financial and operational data to facilitate business growth and resolve complex problems.

Cathy is responsible for both financial and operational strategic planning and implementation, ensuring the future success of Elray.

Chief Technology Officer

Vincent serves as the Chief Technology officer of Elray Gaming (OTC: ELRA).

Vincent has over 10 years of technology related iGaming experience. In his previous roles, Vincent managed the full technology lifecycle for iGaming businesses, including strategic planning, development, implementation and support.

Previously, Vincent led large teams to build stable, scalable and compliant solutions, handling millions of transactions per day.

Vincent plays a key role in both the development and innovation of Elray’s new iGaming platform.
